We are specialists in helping commercial landowners as well as private individuals with high-value residential property disputes throughout the UK.

We can act on your behalf in connection with necessary wayleave hearings where you intend to resist the grant of a new statutory wayleave.

We are specialists in acting for owners and developers of residential development sites. This is a complex area where the correct timing of the service of notices and planning applications is essential to ensure that the available compensation is maximised.

We regularly act on behalf of purchasers of commercial and residential sites affected by power lines (including nuisance claims or in relation to property damage) and negotiate terms of settlement agreements with utility companies including wayleaves/easements.
