About Rachael…
After studying Business and Law at Wilberforce College, Hull born Rachael began her conveyancing career working for a local property law firm and brought with her extensive knowledge and experience when she joined Gosschalks in September 2014. In her role as legal assistant, she is pivitol to the team as she handles a high volume of residential property enquiries from clients and developers regarding home sales and purchases.
Working closely with residential property solicitor Julia Madden and the residential conveyancing team, Rachael is consistent in her ability to understand a client’s situation and always quick to communicate the progress on their property transaction. Having built up good working relations with other local firms of solicitors, local estate agents and property surveyors, Rachael is a key point of contact within the residential team.
An experienced problem solver, Rachael’s extensive know-how and experience within property and conveyancing industry allow her to foresee and avoid potential pitfalls the less experienced would fall into. Rachael has a keen and thorough eye for detail and has established a reputation for offering a fast, efficient and timely support for our residential clients.

Outside of work Rachael is a diehard Hull City supporter and season pass holder, and when not out on the terraces she enjoys going to the gym, spending time with friends and family, long walks with her partner with their dogs, and holidays in the sun.
