Raft of new promotions announced from 1st April 2025

The partners are delighted to announce the appointment of two new partners and five new associates at the firm from 1st April 2025.

We always take great delight in announcing promotions such as these since they highlight how hard work, dedication and perseverance in such a challenging career choice can pay off.

From 1st April 2025 we can announce promotions for no fewer than seven colleagues who have proven time and time again that they are at the top of their game, delivering outstanding client service and contributing to the ongoing growth of our thriving practice.

Sam Thompson - Partner: Litigation

Sam has developed an assured manner and strong technical skills as well as displaying exceptional entrepreneurial approach to developing his practice especially in relation to non-contentious construction and electricity infrastructure disputes.

Rachel has proven to be a real force in our licensed leisure team, acting for many of our largest national clients in the hospitality sector on a range of real estate work. She works incredibly diligently and effectively under pressure, and is extremely proactive - just some of the many reasons for this well-deserved promotion.

Sarah Lowthorpe - Associate: Residential Property

Sarah joined the firm as an Office Junior in 2012 and progressed rapidly through the ranks before studying for a Bachelors of Law through Open University and completing her Legal Practice Course to qualify as a Solicitor in September 2021. An impressive achievement. Sarah works incredibly hard for her clients and cares passionately about getting her transactions over the line as quickly as possible with minimum fuss, receiving rave reviews from her clients on a regular basis for her proactive approach.
