Employment Law Seminars - September 2022

Ted Flanagan, 5th August, 2022

Our Employment Law seminars are back! Three years on from our last update seminars we are excited to meet you in person again to bring you up to date on the many changes in the law whilst providing practical guidance on HR challenges. As ever, we’ll do it all in one hour.

In addition to the topics below, we’ll be kicking off with a look at how the workplace has changed, and undoubtedly changed forever, as a result of the pandemic with a guide to the world of hybrid working, flexible working, homeworking and what the ‘new normal’ means for employers.

Topics include:

  • Your right to say no in the new world of hybrid and flexible working
  • Dealing with redundancy - properly
  • Managing the menopause
  • Beware Social Media
  • Recent cases and what they mean to you
  • Recent and forthcoming changes in the law

Format:

Ted Flanagan and his team will be explaining all of these changes to you in terms of what they mean for you in a practical, day-to-day sense. Seminars will last 1 hour. Full handout included.

Who should attend?

The topics are aimed towards decision makers but anyone with an interest in HR within your organisation would benefit from attending. You do not have to be a Gosschalks client to attend - anyone is welcome.
