About Tom...

Tom transitioned into the world of Law after completing a degree in Pharmacy at the University of Keele in 2016. This scientific background allows Tom to approach complex problems with an impressively analytical mindset, such that he can often resolve disputes where a resolution might otherwise seem impossible.

Tom immediately hit the ground running, achieving a first-class honours degree in law at the University of Exeter in 2020, followed by a distinction in both his LPC and his master’s degree in law, at the University of Law in 2021.

In addition to the above, Tom has owned and managed multiple entrepreneurial projects which helps him to understand, and provide for, the type of service that every client wants the most: Simple and intelligent advice designed to help you to resolve an otherwise complicated dispute.

Commercial Litigation

Tom qualified into the Litigation Department as a solicitor in July 2024 and quickly became a valuable part of our team.

He assists both companies and individuals a wide range of commercial disputes including:

• Contractual disputes
• Professional negligence disputes
• Construction disputes
• Partnership, director and shareholder disputes
• Defamation claims

Tom is also one of very few solicitors to have specialist knowledge and experience in handling utility and infrastructure disputes. In this respect, Tom assists both businesses and individuals in bringing compensation claims against power companies across the nation. Tom is an extremely keen sportsman and has competed at a high level in several sports. Tom’s major sporting focus is badminton, in which he has trained with the West of England and coached for the University of Exeter.
