About Stephanie

Stephanie joined Gosschalks in February 1988 initially working within the Residential Conveyancing department. Within a few years she moved into the Commercial Property department where she has remained ever since, specialising in estate conveyancing.

Conveyancing is a very high-pressure environment to work in and I am always aware of how important my role is to the people involved. It is hugely satisfying to get completions over the line on time so that people can start an exciting new chapter of their lives in their new home.

Stephanie acts for a number of Assurance Companies dealing specifically with the sale of properties held under Equity Release plans. However, her primary focus lies with estate conveyancing having acted for Beal Homes for the past 15 years seeing them constantly develop into the award winning major regional house builder they are today.
