Sam gained vital experience at his previous firm where he practiced for over ten years before joining the nationally renowned litigation department at Gosschalks in November 2019. Sam takes instructions from individuals and businesses throughout the UK on a wide range of disputes.

Sam is a highly skilled and successful advocate who enjoys the challenge of representing clients in court locally and nationally.

Sam has developed a specialism in Construction Law within the expanding team at Gosschalks acting for a wide range of clients including employers, contractors, subcontractors and consultants and deals with construction disputes as well as drafting and reviewing construction contracts. He also plays a key role with his specialist knowledge and experience handling powerline compensation claims - a niche area of law that Gosschalks also specialises in.
