About Lydia...

Lydia qualified as a solicitor in 2007 having studied her law degree at the University of Hull and achieving a Distinction in her LPC from Nottingham Trent University. Lydia continued her studies after qualification and whilst working full-time obtained a Masters in Construction Law and Dispute Resolution from Kings College London in 2009.

Specialism

Having worked in the field of litigation for over 20 years Lydia has built an excellent reputation in her specialised field of property litigation. Lydia acts on a wide range of property litigation matters including:

• landlord and tenant (commercial and residential)
• covenants and easements
• rights of way
• boundary disputes
• nuisance
• trespass

Lydia’s many years’ experience and pragmatic approach enables her to provide clear commercial advice to achieve the best possible outcome for her clients.

Interests

Outside of work Lydia has a passion for sport, captaining and playing in a local netball team as well as coaching netball at junior level. Lydia also coaches and plays cricket at her local cricket club.
